By accessing or purchasing any service offered by ANXUS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
All purchases made through ANXUS are final and non-refundable. Due to the immediate digital nature of access granted upon purchase, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We strongly encourage users to review all plan details and consult our support team before completing a purchase. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours via Telegram support and are subject to staff review.
ANXUS reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. In the event of a full service shutdown, all active plans will be terminated and access will cease. No compensation or refunds will be issued as a result of an EOS event. Users are advised to make use of their plans within the active subscription period.
ANXUS owners and administrators reserve the right to enforce these terms at their sole discretion. All decisions made by ANXUS staff are considered final. Users may submit an appeal via Telegram support, however a reversal of any decision is not guaranteed and is entirely at the discretion of the reviewing staff member.
ANXUS and its operators accept no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the Service. You assume full responsibility for all actions taken using your account and any consequences thereof.
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time at ANXUS's discretion. Continued use of the Service following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
